Return Policy

At Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group), all sales are final. We do not offer any returns or exchanges. Under some special circumstances solely at our discretion, we will accommodate your request, sent via email to info@vijayintl.com. In the case of any error on our part such as a wrong item, we will take the shipping charges on us and will send you the correct item.

Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide and domestic shipping expertise - that's what is available at Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group). With access to all major logistics agencies, you can be assured that your package will arrive safely on time! We have a vast knowledge in arranging international shipments. Proforma Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Export Declarations - if there is a form you need, then we have a form that you will get while we ship your packages around the world.

We believe in the mantra of "On-time delivery". The smaller quantity or as agreed order is completed and shipped within 30-35 days to the destination of your choice. But please, allow up to 8 to 10 weeks for customized orders (if ANY) to be shipped. If you require the products urgently, we can dispatch them by air transport.

When determining the arrival day of your purchase, please count business days only. The first shipping day will be the day after your order is processed & only AFTER the funds are authorized to process into our Bank Account.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for the safe and timely payment of invoice by a method acceptable to Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group). Credit is not extended without prior approval. Personal cheques must clear our bank before we can ship your order for protection of all parties involved. Goods remain the property of Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group) until paid in full. Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group) reserves the right to refuse to fulfill your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of a product and product descriptions posted on our website or in our printed literature. By placing your order, you agree that Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group)'s total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group).

Customer should specify preferred shipping carrier. If not specified, Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group) will assign the carrier without assuming responsibility for delivery time or charges. Merchandise, which is not sold under a free shipping promotion is usually, shipped freight collect. C.O.D. shipments must be paid subject to our terms regardless of method of transportation. Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group) is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. You must make claims for damage or shortages to the delivering carrier.

All international sales and deliveries are subject to extra shipping & handling charges, Insurance, custom duties and taxes etc. which are the responsibility of the customer. The Shipments are NOT automatically insured. Insurance is extra and at a cost to the customer and at the customer's request only.

Sales tax is not included in Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group)'s prices and is additional where applicable unless signed certificates of exemption are furnished and approved. All disputes or differences whatsoever shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration and the award made to pursuance thereof shall be binding on both of us.

With customer satisfaction being our number one priority, we do all that it takes to get your package to you on time. Our orders are double checked prior to even going out the door, to ensure where, when and how they are being shipped.

Availability of the products listed on the website are subject to change, modifications, or discontinuance without notice.
We, at Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group), reserves the right to accept or reject your offer.
Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and whether the payment has been sent. In the event that the payment has been processed, we shall immediately issue a credit to you and notify you of the same.
Any request for cancellation of orders placed shall not be entertained.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address), any extra cost incurred by us for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group) shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.

Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We, at Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group), reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The user is therefore advised to read carefully there terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted.
Vijay International (a unit of Rasianve Group) shall not be responsible for any consequential losses or damages arising out of delay in any respect.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Courts at Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
The payment should be made within 30 days of presenting the invoice. An interest of 18% per annum will be charged for delayed payment.
You may be notified, via email, if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for ANY reason. If this is to happen, we will give you the best possible solutions such as voiding the order, replacing it with a similar substitutable item. In such a case and for ANY reason, if the order is cancelled, then the amount authorized will NOT be charged. In other words, we may NOT charge for the funds to process into our Bank Account.
