Who makes your jewellery?
Answer: Our jewellery is made by our company in our workshop located in Jaipur, India. We do not buy jewellery and resell it. Our company designs and manufactures each piece, which ensures that your order receives individual attention, resulting in excellent quality. Q. Do you use .925 Sterling Silver? Answer: All our Sterling Silver meets industry standard .925 Sterling Silver, which is 92.5% Fine Silver and 7.5% Copper, which is added for strength. Our pieces are stamped with a Sterling Silver hallmark, either "Sterling" or ".925", along with our company stamp. Q. What kinds of stones are used in your jewellery? Answer: Depending on the price of the Item, we use the finest assortment of stones possible and available. These include, Coral, Rubies, Emeralds, Sapphires, Turquoise, Garnett, Onyx, CZs etc. |

Q. What are the "four C's related to stone's quality?
Answer: The four C's are the carat (weight), color, clarity and cut of the stone. They are described below:
1. Carat: Carat is often confused with size even though it is a measure of weight. One carat is the equivalent of 200 milligrams. One carat can be divided into 100 "points". The value rises exponentially with carat weight.
2. Color: Many experts name color as the number one consideration in choosing any stone.It is impossible to accurately judge color in a mounted stone. Because of its brilliance, it is best to judge it looking through the pavilion with the table down on a while surface.
3. Clarity: The flaws on the stones like appearance of tiny crystals, feathers or clouds etc. will have some effect on the brilliance of stone. The more clear the stone is, the more will its price.
4. Cut: This is the single most important factor in the appearance of the stone. Poorly cut stones will appear dull or have dark spots. Well cut stones will be brilliant and fiery if the stone quality is reasonable.

Which inclusions or flaws should be avoided while purchasing a stone?
Answer: Avoid the following flaws:
Answer: It is a natural property of silver to get tarnished, so silver items may get tarnished, depending on several factors. Our Silver Items are of "Higer" purity. Hence Silver Items bought from us may be cleaned after use with Silver Cleaner. We cannot and DO Not guarantee ANYTHING because of several unknown factors (during & after use)which may be beyond our knowledge or control, once the item is purchased from us & leaves our store. Q. Which is better, 14K or 18K gold?
Answer: 18K is more expensive due to its higher gold content. It is also more yellow, but it is softer. 14K holds stones a little better. Ultimately it will be dictated by budget or which you like better appearance-wise.
Q. How do I choose a bracelet size?
Answer: The standard size for bracelets is generally 7 inches for link bracelets and hook bracelets, 6 inches for cuff bracelets, and 8 to 9 inches for bangles. To measure your own wrist, it is best to use heavy cord rather than paper or string in order to get a more accurate measurement. Measure it more loosely for a link, hook or bangle bracelet and more closely for a cuff bracelet. Get a piece of cord you can cut to the right length, then tape the ends together with the cord around your wrist to see how it feels.

Q. What if my ordered item is not available?
Answer: You may be notified, via email, if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for ANY reason. If this is to happen, we will give you the best possible solutions such as voiding the order, replacing it with a similar substitutable item. In such a case & for ANY reason, if the order is cancelled, then the amount authorized will NOT be charged. In other words, we may NOT charge for the funds to process into our Bank Account.
Q. How long does it take for us to receive the shipment once we place the order?
Answer: Firstly, it depends upon the destination and climatic conditions, but generally, it takes 30-35 days to deliver your order. But please, allow up to 8 to 10 weeks for customized orders (if ANY) to be shipped. When determining the arrival day of your purchase, please count business days only.
